Fun City was founded in 2002 by Stephen Harold and Shawn Kerns.

The original concept behind Fun City was to offer the highest quality “at home recreational products” at the best possible price, supported by a store with the “best” trained; knowledgeable staff to aid the customer after the sale.

Since the grand opening in February 2004 Fun City has dominated the Charlotte market. With sales exceeding 10 million dollars, Fun City has become the fastest growing pool, spa & billiard retailer in the Charlotte metro area.
