Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’ll gladly remedy the situation according to the following conditions:

• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, and in original condition.
• Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase date will be refunded as follows:
  • Cash purchases under $50 will be refunded with cash.
  • Personal check purchases under $50 will be refunded with cash after 10 business days, from the purchase date.
  • Cash and Personal check purchases over $50 will be mailed a FUN CITY corporate refund check.
  • Credit card purchases will be credited to the original card and card owner. An in-store merchandise credit may be issued at the customer’s option.
• Merchandise returned after 30 days with receipt will be issued an in-store merchandise credit.

• FUN CITY merchandise returned without a receipt will be issued an in-store merchandise credit.

• Defective merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt in order to obtain an exchange or a full refund.
• FUN CITY honors all applicable warranties from the original date of purchase.
• Replacement items/parts maintain warranty from original date of purchase.
• Merchandise that has been delivered, used or removed from original packaging will be subject to manager aproval and a minimum of 15% restocking charge.

Exemptions:

• No returns on Major Items, special orders or chemicals.
• All items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• No refunds on delivery, installation or labor charges.
